Nota de caja: part 4 of 4, recorded live at El Más Allá on October 2, 2026.
The last side of the night. Lado 007 — Qué Lío runs about 78 minutes, with 15 tracks listed below: salsa, soul and disco trading places, then jazz-funk and Brazil before a slow close.
How this side moves
Tipica 73’s Ácere Bonco opens the side, and Willie Colon and Hector Lavoe’s Qué Lío, first heard on Lado 004, comes back around. Johnny Colon’s Merecumbe and Ray Barretto’s La Pelota keep it in salsa.
Stevie Wonder’s Another Star and MFSB’s K-Jee cross it into soul and disco. Wuelfo y El Sonido de La 4 and Justo Betancourt’s De Madrugada bring it back to salsa.
Earth, Wind & Fire’s Runnin', Ingram and Eddie Henderson’s Prance On stretch it out, then two from Arthur Verocai: Na Boca do Sol and Karina (Domingo no Grajaú).
Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell’s If This World Were Mine winds it down, and The Jimmy Castor Bunch closes the night on Whiter Shade Of Pale.
Último lado de cuatro. Gracias por quedarte hasta el final.
